About the Author
With over 25 years of automotive industry experience, the author has been the most well known independent source of Sprinter technical information in the US, and is one of the world's experts on Daimler commercial vehicles. He has developed diagnostic and knowledge-based technology, and is a consultant to several of the world's largest fleet operators. Currently, the author is involved in projects with several commercial and municipal fleets on Sprinter vehicles as well as other projects for NATO military customers with Mercedes-Benz vehicles. With all of his technical books and curicula, the author has been to merge the elements of theoretical knowledge and practical experience into a format that is easy to learn, use, and apply. In addition to Daimler trucks, vans, and utility vehicles, the author has previously developed projects for VAG and Fiat/IVECO commercial and military vehicle applications as well.

I have as this book and the previous edition in a tech library for workshop reference.
Excellent publication and well the worth the investment if you are involved as an owner doing DIY repairs or a Professional workshop specializing in the repair of these vans.
